Shipping policy

Shipping
Please allow 3-5 business days for items to ship. Please allow extra processing time in our busiest seasons. Once your package is delivered to the carrier, transit times range from 3-8 business days. Delays happen, so please plan ahead. We are only able to ship to the continental United States at this time.

If you have provided contact information during checkout, you will receive a text or email confirmation with tracking information when the label is created for your order. We often drop off packages the following day, so please allow 24 hours for the tracking status of your order to update.

    Once the package leaves our shop, unfortunately delivery is out of our hands. Olive Roots is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing through USPS, please reach out to them at (800) 275-8777. For UPS please call (800) 742-5877. They will need your tracking number which can be found in your shipping confirmation email or text message.

    If a package is returned due to customer error (example: incorrect name, address or package refusal), the customer may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. To re-ship the package, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipment charges.

    Damaged Items
    We will replace items that have been damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to oliverootsllc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

    Returns
    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned within 7 days of your purchase. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us at oliverootsllc@gmail.com to request a return. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit or original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Sale Items
    Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or returned.

    Cancelations
    Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. A refund will be issued minus 2.9% + $0.30 to cover Shopify and/or PayPal processing fees.
