Soy Candles: Allow the wax to fully melt to the rim of the container during the first burn (~1 hr). Limit the length of each burn to 4 hours and never burn unattended. Trim your wicks to 1/4 inch between burns. Natural Rattan Reed Diffuser: Reed diffusers last 4-6 months and perform best in small spaces like bathrooms or offices. To use, shake bottle well, remove cap, and insert the reeds into the oil. let the reeds soak for at least 10 minutes, then flip to fully saturate. Flip reeds weekly or as needed to refresh the scent. If using floral reeds, recommend using both regular and floral reeds together. Floral reeds do not need to be flipped and can be reused in your next reed diffuser once oil is gone. Wash hands after flipping and clean any spills immediately, as the oil may damage surfaces. Skin Safe Room Spray: Room spray is the best way to quickly freshen up any space! Shake well before each use as it is normal for a natural product to separate. Room spray is gentle enough to use on your skin, sheets, couch, car, in the bathroom, and anywhere else that needs a spritz of good smells. Spot test for sensitive skin and avoid leather. Safe to use around pets, do not spray pets directly. Concentrated Diffuser Oil: Concentrated diffuser oil is great to use in any water or waterless electric diffuser, and in home cleaning solutions. For use in an electric water diffuser, use dropper to add 3-5 drops of oil to water. Add more for your perfect scent preference. Concentrated diffuser oil is not skin safe and should not be consumed. clean any spills immediately, as the oil may damage surfaces. Rollerball Perfume: Rollerball perfume is compact + luxurious and the best on the go scent option to throw in your purse or pocket. Easily roll perfume to your pulse points like wrists, behind the ears, or chest for a fragrant burst of aroma that follows you wherever you go. You can mix and match fragrances to create unique and personalized scent blends. Alcohol free and safe for sensitive skin.

We use 100% soy wax, which is a natural wax made from US grown soy beans. Soy wax is a clean wax and burns without soot or toxins. It burns at a lower temperature which makes your candle last longer, and smells good even when you blow it out.

Paraffin wax is what large candle companies use and is a by-product of petroleum (the same you fuel your car with). Paraffin wax burns hotter, puts out more black soot and detracts from your air quality over time.

We are committed to high quality and clean burning products, and will always use 100% soy wax without additives!

We use a premium blend of essential oils and man-made fine fragrance oils. Some essential oils are toxic to pets when burned at high concentrations, but blending with fragrance oil helps ensure a safe air quality for all. This is why we don't use 100% essential oils to scent our candles. Every scent we use is toxin free, phthalate free, paraben free and never tested on animals.

We follow all of the guidelines set by the International Fragrance Association (IFRA). The IFRA Standards are globally accepted guidelines for the safe use of fragrance ingredients.

We are committed to providing high quality and clean products and take product safety very seriously. We only produce items that we'd personally use in our homes and gift to loved ones. Like all household products, we recommend keeping out of reach of children and pets and only using as directed.

Not yet, but we're looking into how to make this an option in the future! For now we would recommend recycling your used candle jar or repurposing it around your home.

Yes! In our humble opinion, Olive Roots products make perfect gifts for any occasion. For many of our products you can choose to include a gift box and card with a personalized note. If your product does not give you this option, please write your personalized message in the notes to seller section during check-out. None of our orders include an invoice, so gift recipients will not see the price of the order.

We typically process orders within 3-5 business days. Depending on the shipping method you select, most packages arrive within 2-5 days after we drop them off at the carrier. All shipping orders will receive tracking information.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right! To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please email us at oliverootsllc@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase to request a return. Olive Roots is not responsible for shipping charges, and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.
